Talking of Hope

Today is republic day and my mind is totally shut up,feeling, a kind of breakdown within me.  A friend, Suresh Bhardwaj,has sent  a kind of  sarcastic sms about  Indian parliamentarians and wishing a happy republic day
 in the end.   I enjoyed reading the message but could not take happy republic day thing that easily. No , I am not a depressed personality,  I am a die hard  positive person, and for that matter I would rather say that every
third Indian is a die hard positive person. Because in India your options of  remaining at peace with yourself are less if you are not  hoping against hope all the time.Why I am saying this, its anybody's guess.

While talking of Hope, it has given me so much Hope, I am already thinking of tomorrow that another beautiful day is waiting to happen. You  can make it another republic day, Diwali,Holi, Valentine day or whatever you feel, its your choice, because what matters is, your attitude towards your own life. I mean, if you think that nobody can make you sad or unhappy come what may. After all its your mind, your body and it has to obey to your command only...  I firmly bilieve in this and  with every passing year, my belief  is growing...

धरती

ऐसा  तो  नहीं है कि  सूखी धरती  के अरमान  नहीं  होते
बंजर  ज़मीन भी देखती है सपने ....
.फूलों के
झरनों के
लहलहाते बरसते बादलों के ....
सूखते  पेड़ों  के

टूटते  पत्तों  के
ज़मीन छोड़ती जड़ों के....
सपने  हर तरह  के
हर रंग के देखती है


सूखी धरती ...

पानी की खुशबू को
 तरसती,
पीले पत्तों की धरती,
ज़र्द  फूलों की धरती,
ताज़े फूलों की धरती....

मेरा घर,
मेरा आस्मां,
मेरी चारों दिशाएं,
मेरा आदि, मेरा अंत,
मेरी माँ सी,
मेरा राह तकती
धरती ........

                                    जीने के  लिए ,कुछ खास  नहीं  चाहिए ,
                                    कुछ  मुस्कुराते  चेहरे ,
 कुछ मुहब्बतें ,
 कुछ  प्यार भरी नज़रें ,
 और कुछ   मीठे बोल ,
 इतनी सी ,
 छोटी सी खवाहिश है मेरी ,
 जीने को ,
 मैं खूब जीना चाहता हूँ ...
 हर पल ,
 हर लम्हा ....
 मुझे अच्छा लगता है तुमसे कहना ,
 कुछ भी सुनना ...
 तुम्हारे लिए कुछ भी करना ....
 तुम्हारे लबों पर तैरती भीगी सी मुस्कराहट ...
                                                                        मेरे लिए सुख का अथाह सागर है ...
                                                                        सुबह की लालिमा है ,
                                                                        शाम की कजरारी कालिमा है...
                                                                        जीने  को और क्या चाहिए ....
                                                                        एक खवाब चाहिए......

बारिश ...

हर बारिश की अपनी एक अदा हे.....
हर अदा की अपनी एक बारिश ...
हर चेहरे की अपनी एक धूप हे ..
हर धूप की अपनी एक बारिश ..
हर मौसम की अपनी कुछ यादें हे ..
हर याद के अपने ही रंग हे ..
हर याद की अपनी एक बारिश ..
हर रंग की अपनी एक बारिश ..
कितने मौसम कितनी चाहतें
हर चाहत की अपनी एक बारिश..
प्यास दर प्यास कर  डाला कितना सफ़र
हर सफ़र की अपनी एक बारिश
मन  की मिटटी अभी कच्ची हे ,संभलना
कच्ची मिटटी को ढून्ढ लेती हे बारिश
मेरे टूटने का शोर कुछ तो हुआ था
बारिश में सब ने सोचा हो रही हे बारिश..

I can watch this movie',Scent of a Woman, any number of times for the sheer acting skills of Al Pacino.As ever he is all over in this brilliantly made film.The most haunting moment of the movie  for me is where in a restaurant   Al shares a few dance steps with a beautiful girl and when she is leaving with her friend  Al says " you can live a lifetime in a moment".......simply  powerful and amazing movie....

acting

when someone says , 'I want to act'..... it sounds very strange to me , because at that very moment itself, that person is indulged in acting.....creating an impression,trying to creat a genuine interest in himself\ herself. People think that acting is some sort of a thing which you can start by making a posture or by saying a funny kind of thing in front of a few people or in front of a camera or a microphone....... The moment we start acting conciously,we loose our naturality.We all are basically actors. Very natural actors.We have this inbuilt system in ourself to react, to respond, to things.A good actor has a strong belief in his\ her self, in the character, they are projecting. Same way, in life,people , with strong convictions are the successful ones, in comparison to the people who have low self belief..........
